We want you to love Noir Beauty just as much as we do

All sales are final. If for any reason your product is damaged or defective we would be happy to replace them. Please send all inquries to contact@lashesbynoir.com and be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of your issue.

Keep in mind that all lashes are carefully handmade and each is unique in its own way!

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling 
by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses does include incorrect/insufficient address, no p.o. box number, refused, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay of up to 48 hours. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and ship to address.
ORDER PROCESSING 
All orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. For additional information regarding our return policy please visit our return policy page.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guarantee
US, US TERRITORIES, ALASKA, & HAWAII ORDERS
All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carriers, UPS and USPS. Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days) are shipped via USPS. For Next Day Air it is shipped via UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by UPS and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. Noir Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged please contact lashesbynoir.com within 15 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. lashesbynoir.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. lashesbynoir.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Noir Beauty does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

AUSTRAILIA
All orders being shipped to Australia are charged GST tax charges in compliance with the Australian Tax Office. GST tax charges are non-refundable and are automatically charged to your order.
